El Patio Inn, located in Los Angeles (Studio City), is committed to providing a comfortable and convenient stay for its guests. The inn offers a variety of services designed to enhance your stay:

  1. Free Wi-Fi: To keep you connected throughout your stay, El Patio Inn offers complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas.

  2. Daily Housekeeping: The inn ensures your room is always clean and tidy with their daily housekeeping service. This service takes care of routine cleaning, leaving you free to enjoy your stay.

  3. Front Desk Hours: The front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day.  Please call the hotel for front desk hours.    Our partner hotel, Nite Inn, located only 1 mile east of El Patio Inn is open 24 hrs. a day and will assist our guests with check-in when needed. 

  4. Free Parking: For guests traveling with their own vehicle, El Patio Inn offers free onsite parking.  We can only accomodate one compact / midsize vehicle per room.

  5. Check-in Instructions:  When El Patio Inn's front desk is closed, guests must first go to our partner hotel, Nite Inn, to register and pick up the room key.  Here is Nite Inn's address: 10612 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA, 91604.  

After Hours Check-in Instructions:
  1. When El Patio Inn's front desk is closed, please head to our partner hotel, Nite Inn, located approximately 1 mile away.  Nite Inn's address is 10612 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA, 91604.

  2. At Nite Inn, you will be able to register and make the payment for your room. The helpful staff there will provide you with your room key and any other necessary information for your stay.

  3. After completing the registration process, you can proceed to El Patio Inn, using the provided room key for access.

This process is designed to make your check-in experience as smooth and efficient as possible, allowing you to start enjoying your stay at El Patio Inn right away.



  1. On-site parking is limited to one compact / midsize car per guest room.

  2. Extra person charges apply.  Please contact us for more info.

  3. Pets Allowed in some of the guest rooms.  $35 per night per pet cleaning fee applies.  There is also an extra deposit required for the pet.

  4. Valid Photo ID and credit card is required upon check-in for incidental charges / Room Security Deposit.

  5. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in; special requests made via this website cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

  6. All Rooms are Non-smoking rooms.  Smoking is only allowed in outdoor designated smoking areas.

  7. Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

  8. Hotel preauthorizes your credit card up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

  9. Assuming no damages/no smoking/no incidental charges; authorization deposits are voided within 5 business days of Check Out date.

  10. Free cancellation / modification are allowed as long as the reservation is cancelled / modified at least 3 days prior to arrival date. If the guest fails to cancel / modify his/her reservation within a timely manner or guest fails to show up, the guest will be charged for the first night rent plus tax. Group bookings must be cancelled / modified at least 14 days prior to arrival date. For Group reservations, If the guest fails to cancel / modify his/her reservation within a timely manner, the guest will be charged for the total rent plus tax.
